Investing in Education
Owner and veterinarian Dr. Bock is a familiar face in classrooms across Jackson. He regularly visits local schools to speak with students about animal care, agriculture, and what it’s really like to work in veterinary medicine. Whether it’s a high school agriculture class, an FFA meeting, or a university-level animal science course, Dr. Bock is always happy to share his knowledge and inspire the next generation.
Jackson Veterinary Clinic also proudly partners with Jackson High School’s career program, welcoming students who are interested in veterinary careers to shadow our team and gain hands-on experience. It’s a unique opportunity for young people to explore the field and get a real feel for working in animal care.
Supporting Local Agriculture
We stay closely connected to the farming and ranching community, offering both practical care and educational outreach. Dr. Bock frequently teaches veterinary-focused clinics at Southeast Missouri State University, especially those related to cattle medicine and herd health. Our ties to agriculture run deep, and we’re honored to be a resource for students, families, and producers alike.
We also proudly support the local FFA, speaking at events and participating in award ceremonies that celebrate the hard work and achievements of young people in agriculture.

Giving Back, One Sponsorship at a Time
From the wrestling mat to the classroom, we believe in showing up where it matters. Jackson Veterinary Clinic sponsors local youth sports teams like little league wrestling and loves supporting community events, school programs, and causes that align with our values.
A Clinic That Cares
From the classroom to the clinic, we’re proud to be a trusted part of the Jackson community. Whether you’ve seen us at a local school, FFA event, or sponsoring your child’s team, know that the same dedication we show in the community goes into every pet and herd we care for.
If you’re looking for a veterinary team that treats you like a neighbor and your animals like family, we’d love to welcome you in.
